I did it again

Yes I went out again and I jogged this time without stopping… the same route as yesterday but no stopping this time woo hooo

Today for the first time ever…..

I went for a run….. YES! a run, well I call it a run :P .  I figured why not I was home from work with a little spare time before the little man came home. Dinner was cooked, being the well prepared mother that I am (don’t laugh!) I cooked Lasagne last night for tonight’s dinner.

So I got changed and off I trotted, the route I went was one I mapped out on Google’s Gmap pedometer and was just over 1k . I did the route in 10 minutes with 2 30second walks breaking it up.  Will try and do better next time I’m out, and hopefully when I’m comfortable running this 1k I’ll up it to 2k, map is already route out!
